TRUE WORDS AND PRETTY WORDS.

Jul 8, 2011 by

True words are not always pretty, and pretty words are not always true.  The truth is that we have a natural tendency to be drawn to fear, negativity, self-doubt and self-sabotage.  We are afraid of real happiness, we are afraid that we are worthy of it, and so we push it away.

If you are choosing precisely the worst things for yourself, take time today to analyze exactly what it is about allowing yourself happiness that you are so afraid of.   You deserve to be happy.  You deserve a life worthy of great celebration.  You deserve to stop criticizing yourself into the ground and to start taking action to train your mind in self-love and acceptance.

Life is too good to be cowardly about allowing yourself to live it.  Celebrate life today.  Celebrate this Friday.  Celebrate your tide-turning triumph over your negative self and don’t be a coward about it.
