HAPPINESS IN ACTION (PART TWO).

One year ago today, I took action. Beautiful Body Bistro was birthed, with its first post entitled Happiness In Action, and my life has been a whirlwind of wonder ever since. The peaks and valleys of my past year all seem to culminate in one lesson that has repeated itself over and over — and that lesson is that action brings happiness and action always changes us for the better.
Action has many forms. There is action of thought, action of will, action of love, action of rest, action of exercise, and action of doing one thing every day that scares you. It takes an active, action-oriented mind to choose to remember the truth in the words of the picture below. They are words and truth to be embraced, so I will repeat them: Always remember (that) you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, smarter than you think, and twice as beautiful as you’d ever imagined.
I invite you to dwell on the word ACTION this weekend. I challenge you to remember the above truths and to actively choose in your mind to believe them with all your heart.
May you be overwhelmed with happiness as you make this coming year a year of ACTION.
