-The key to being yourself is first believing in yourself.

(1) Fitness from the Inside Out:

-Do what you want to do. What you want to do, not what everyone else is doing.

-Successful fitness from the inside out is grounded in doing what you love to do.

(2) Nutrition from the Inside Out:

-How you feel externally and physically is a direct reflection of what you fuel your body with on the inside.

 (3). Yourself from the Inside Out:

-Do you believe in yourself, and if not, why not?

(4). Question of the episode:

You have a moral obligation to the world to be yourself.  Are you yourself?
