Fitness Director at a large athletic facility, I participate in running and triathlon events and love being active. My most recent athletic achievements include representing Team USA at the Duathlon World Championships, placing 44th for 25-29 year-olds in the 2010 Ironman 70.3 World Championships, completing my first Ironman in Nice, France in 11:44:48 (4th in AG), and finishing the Athens Classic Marathon as the 4th American female finisher in a 3:22:20.   I believe that with a positive mind, nothing is impossible.

  4. Hi Trish. I am a graduate of your Couch to Half Marathon app. I used to be a runner, but did not run at all for the last 4.5 years. I wanted to get back on track with my fitness and overall health so decided I would run again. While looking for half marathon apps in the app store, i came across your couch to half app. I was sold by the name! it described perfectly what I was about to do…go from sitting on the couch, eating crap, to getting back into my running shoes and hitting the pavement. I ran my half marathon on May 27th I was hoping to finish in 2:30, but had a bad day and was 10 minutes off my goal time. STill I am pretty happy that I finished and will try for that 2:30 time in my next half (which is looking to be in October). your app and your blog have been a true inspiration to me. The weekly motivational videos were awesome and I referred to the inspirational quotes in the app all the time. This is why I am nominating you for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award.
