3 rounds of the following exercises:
1. Prisoner Squats
2. Single Leg Lunges
3. Single Leg Lunges (other leg)
4. Plie Squats
5. Lateral Leg Extensions
6. Lateral Leg Extensions (other leg)
Round one: 90″on, 30″off
Round two: 60″ on, 30″ off
Round three: 30″ on, 30″off

It’s time to get your CORE on!
This week’s workout is a 50x/75x/100x rep workout of the four following exercises: (1). Toe Touches (2). Reverse Crunches (3). V-Ups and (4). Mountain Climbers.
Beginners: 50x of each exercise (rest as needed)
Intermediates: 75x of each
Advanced: 100x of each.
