1. Prisoner Squats

2. Single Leg Lunges

3. Single Leg Lunges (other leg)

4. Plie Squats

5. Lateral Leg Extensions

6. Lateral Leg Extensions (other leg)

Round one: 90″on, 30″off

Round two: 60″ on, 30″ off

Round three: 30″ on, 30″off
